How to Donate via Drop Off
Drop Off Hours:
Monday – Friday | 9:00AM – 4:00PM
Saturday | 9:00AM – 12:00PM
Please do not drop off items outside of these hours.
Where to Go
- Arrive to the north end of our building, located at 800 S Van Eps Ave.
- Back up the driveway and our warehouse team will assist you.
- If the garage doors are closed, ring the doorbell and our warehouse team will assist you.

Schedule a Donation Pickup
Donation pickups will occur between 9:00AM and 12:00PM on your chosen date. You will receive a phone call from our volunteers when they’re on the way to your residence.
Donation Pickup Schedule:
Eastside: Wednesday and Friday
Westside: Tuesday and Thursday

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Pickup Area
PLEASE NOTE we only pick up furniture and household items in Sioux Falls, Brandon, Harrisburg and Tea.
If you live outside of these locations and have a sizeable donation, please call us at 605-977-6800 to schedule a pickup.
Donation Requirements
For safety purposes, Furniture Mission volunteers are not permitted to enter your home. Items must be placed in a garage, main-floor lobby, or outside before our volunteers arrive.
All items must be from smoke free and cat free homes, as well as free of rips, tears, and stains.
Large Donations
If you are donating more than five (5) large items, please call our office at 605-977-6800 to schedule your pickup.
Pickup Fee & Cancellation Policy
Booking a pickup requires a non-refundable, tax deductible $50 convenience fee.
Cancellations of scheduled and paid pickups will not be refunded; however, you may reschedule your pickup without incurring an additional pickup fee.
