Donation Pick Up Information and Booking

Please use the buttons below to schedule a pick up of your donations. 

  • If you live WEST of Minnesota Avenue, please choose the Westside button and choose the morning or afternoon option. 
  • If you live EAST of Minnesota Avenue, please choose the Eastside button and choose the morning or afternoon option. 

Please read the following before scheduling a pickup:

  1. Please note that there is a non-refundable $50 donation fee for pickups.
  2. We cannot take large appliances, entertainment centers, hutches, baby furniture, head/foot boards, wooden box floor frames, or box TVs.   3. Our volunteers cannot enter your home. Items should be ready for pick up in a garage, a main floor lobby or outside. We also cannot have volunteers accessing stairs.
  4. All items must be from smoke-free and cat-free homes, and free of rips, tears or stains.
  5. If you choose a morning time for your pick up (9 am), your pick up will occur between 9 am and 12 noon. If you choose an afternoon time (1 pm), your pick up will occur between 1 pm and 4 pm.
